Two ways to gather

A table together. Or a teahouse to yourselves.

Start with your guest count and how private you’d like your celebration to be.

Option 01 · A shared teahouse

Large-Party Reservation

For groups of 14 guests or fewer

$39per guest

  • 2 hours
  • 9-item afternoon tea

This is NOT a private event.
The teahouse will remain open to other guests.

Your Menu

Wednesday–Friday
Classic Teahouse Menu
Saturday–Sunday
Current Seasonal Menu

Your group receives the menu being served that day. Custom menus are not available with this option.

Decorations

Small, simple decorations are welcome within your reserved area, such as:

  • Table décor
  • Small centerpieces
  • Balloons attached to chair backs

Large decorations or rearranging the teahouse are not included.

Booking

A credit card is required to hold your reservation.

Your card is only charged if your entire party does not show up. You are not charged if individual guests in your party do not attend.

Gluten-free or vegan substitutions: +$3 per guest requiring the substitution.

Option 02 · Exclusively yours

Private Teahouse Buyout

For 15+ guests or anyone wanting the entire teahouse private

$55per guest

+ 20% gratuity + applicable taxes

  • 3 hours
  • 15-guest minimum

With a private buyout, the entire teahouse is reserved exclusively for your group.

Your Private Buyout Includes

  • Full private use of the teahouse
  • 3 hours instead of 2
  • Dedicated staff attention
  • More freedom to decorate
  • Ability to style and arrange your tables
  • Choice of our Classic or Seasonal Menu
  • Custom menu options available
  • Custom tea options available
Optional Add-Ons

Available for an additional cost:

  • Teacup charcuteries
  • Additional dessert tiers
  • Coffee service
  • Custom tea selections
  • Specialty menu additions
  • Custom baked goods through H&H Confections

Booking

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your private event date.

Custom menus, special requests, and add-ons may require additional payment.

Which option do I need?

Choose the experience that gives your gathering the space it needs.

I have fewer than 15 guests and do not need the whole teahouse private.

Choose the $39 Large-Party Reservation

I want the entire teahouse to ourselves.

Choose the $55 Private Buyout

I have fewer than 15 guests but still want the teahouse private.

You may book a Private Buyout, but you will be charged the 15-guest minimum.

Example: 12 guests wanting a private buyout = charged for 15 guests.
