Shipping policy

At Sage & Story’s Teahouse, every order is blended, packaged, and shipped with care. Because we are a cottage-licensed tea maker, we are only able to ship orders within the state of New Jersey at this time.

• 📦 Shipping Area: Orders may only be placed and delivered to addresses located in New Jersey.

• ⏱ Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your tea is on its way.

• 🚚 Delivery Method: All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping within New Jersey.

• ❌ Out-of-State Orders: Any orders placed outside of New Jersey will be canceled and refunded.
